Just finished with a purchase from this dealership and it was a surprisingly amazing experience. Considering this is a used car dealership on Boulder highway, makes sense if you second-guess your decisions; however, l worked with Mario and Kurt and literally closed the deal within 20 minutes. If you visit this dealership, I recommend asking for Mario as he was knowledgeable, helpful, and ready to deal. I was able to pay cash for a beautiful car and it was a smokin deal. Extremely satisfied with the transaction and definitely recommend shopping here for your next used vehicle purchase. Service is excellent and The price is definitely right here.

From the first call to check availability to call the day after the purchase checking in and wishing me and my family well, Alex was an absolute pleasure to do business with and as the operations director of my own business, if I had the room for his talent I'd be honored to have him. I was on the prowl for my second vehicle a rare Hemi Jeep Commander which they only made for 4 years. I sent my mechanic to look at a half a dozen different commanders (from dealers and private parties) my guy was not be shy to turn me away for something that was too broken down, but the one at TJ motors was the only one that he was absolutely sure about. He said it was the best value for the price he had seen in any vehicle in a long time, he even hinted it possibly going into a bidding world over it with me :P. (Shout out John @ roadside wrench!) I took it on a quick trounce around the block with Alex in the passenger seat he pointed out a couple of things that were cosmetic blemishes that I probably wouldn't have realized right away but it would have down the road and I really appreciate it is honesty about it. Then the negotiation, my least favorite part, especially as a coming in alone woman. He kept an absolutely cool professional head about everything and listened to my budget and we came up with a number that was comfortable for everybody. During the entire transaction I never felt looked down upon or taking advantage of. A couple of hours later I came back with the cash and we sat in his office and chatted while he did all of the necessary paperwork what felt like 20 minutes was actually an hour, he DID NOT waste my time with any kind of unnecessary upselling or padded paperwork. He made sure I had my insurance in line, gave me my free 3 month warranty, tried to helped with my registration done, he even helped me put on my dealer plates in this ridiculously cold weather. I got to buy my favorite vehicle for a great price from my brother from a different mother. You can't really ask for more. Im already thinking about 3rd vehicle I'm going straight here to TJ motors and my boy Alex (let me know if you get a smart for two or an EV vehicle dude!)

I went to look for a first car for my daughter. It appeared that they were under some new management and were making some improvements. I love seeing businesses who take pride in their services. I dealt with a gentleman named Jimmy, and then a gentleman named Frankie, they were both very nice and helpful. They had several options from $2000 cars and up. I would recommend this place for someone who is on a budget and looking for a deal.

Bought a car for my daughter, it was her dream car! Jose promised the parts would be fixed and we would have a title! NO TITLE STILL! I can’t register it at home because of it! Jose promised the pieces to fix the car, said some were cosmetic, but wasn’t willing to budge on the price! Alex is very kind and seems honest, but now we have a vehicle, no title, no parts, and the transmission slipping! I’m frustrated! Why can’t we get straight answers? Please be as honest as you claim!
