Stopped down to get my 4th vehicle from Ma. And started a new chapter for both my boys with them knowing they are in great hands. 1 SUV, 2 CARS, 1 PICKUP, And 1 motorcycle so far. I cant say I've ever had an issue with Real Value cars, quality, or service. The biggest thing to retain in live is COMMUNICATION is key. MA is always a pleasure to talk to and hilarious as all get out! The muscle was gone the day we stopped in but Heather has worked with me several times cant say I've had an issue with her either. This is where communication comes in she's an awesome person to work with until you get the wrong list, but thats on you. As always ill be back again!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ a few months ago I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 from this dealership. I was told it was a great working vehicle. Red flag number one the windows didn’t work which they said they would fix once moved to their new shop. Red flag number two the battery they had in it wasn’t good so the car wouldn’t start at times.The brakes went out so I took it to ford to get an overall inspection and the vehicle needed 8k in repairs. They had told me to tow it to them directly which I did. They had the vehicle for 3-4 weeks with little updates on what was going on. Finally I decided to not keep the vehicle as it was a headache. I took it in to them over 3 times in only a few months of ownership. This vehicle shouldn’t have been sold in the condition it was in. Learned a valuable lesson here and lost around $4000 total in this experience. Maybe I would have had better luck with a different vehicle. I was told by a gentleman at their repair facility to not keep the truck as they found more issues wrong with it. * updating due to their reply. I understand your perspective, but I’m simply sharing my experience as a customer. Within the first few months of owning the truck, it had multiple issues including non-working windows, starting problems due to the battery, and brake failure. I had to bring the vehicle back several times, and after having it inspected by Ford, I was quoted thousands in repairs. Even your own technician(Josh) advised me not to keep the vehicle due to additional issues found. Regardless of any financial situation, my concern is that the truck had significant problems almost immediately after purchase, which led to a stressful and costly experience. I’m not trying to mislead anyone—just sharing what happened so others can make an informed decision.
