I’ve purchased 2 cars here. Both amazing vehicles with no major issues. My vibe just hit 300k (purchased with 180k for cheap) and my Altima has 200k. Both solid vehicles. We will be purchasing another vehicle here soon as well. I’m usually picky about cars and customer service. But this place really will treat you right. Just make your payments on time and be communicative

My exes mother got a car through them. I was never a co-signer. I was unemployed during that time. I was supposed to be added as an authorized account user to go make payments for the buyer because she has severe health issues. They illegally added me as a co-signer and are trying to sue me instead of the buyer for a car I had no legal ties to.

Hopefully people see this updated/most recent review and find another place to purchase their cars… got a car early year of 2024 loved the guys we met he was very honest and even helped me pick out a car lol. We had a set negotiation from the downpayment to the amount that would be paid every month until the car is paid in full. There were apparently always have issues with their system, the people at the front didn’t care enough to look and never gave an answer to why it KEPT happening. So the car would be taken and they’d “it wasn’t paid off”, having to go back and fourth to show our own receipts that it is & was paid off. Not only that but paying for extra add ons that weren’t apart of the negotiation and would always be ask for it to be taken off (u-pull it parts warranty thing) and it was very clear that we didn’t want it!. Long story short we really got scammed and currently they expect it to be paid off at an amount it shouldn’t be and the car isn’t even worth it .. please pay attention when your paying these people especially if you chose to go and didn’t read reviews. And after doing my own research in these reviews these cars aren’t even safe to drive and I can vouch. Won’t be recommending anyone to this shop at any location.

My sister purchased a vehicle from here, two months later it was stolen from her apartment complex. It was abandoned and then towed were City Motors was back in possession of it. She was up to date on her payments and even had insurance but this dealership will not give her the vehicle back and now she has lost roughly $3,000 she put into it and has no vehicle! They will not answer calls and she is limited but has even Uber there to get her car and they refuse to help. It was not repossessed either there is no legal document that has been provided and no answers. I attached a copy showing how many times she’s call since it was stolen and I’ve personally called at least 15 times and requested manager and yet no one ever calls back or follows up.

The salesmen are great, they're not the problem. It's the SHOP AND EVERYONE ELSE!! The mechanics have zero idea what theyre doing. I've only had my car since DECEMBER and it's been in the shop 4 TIMES!! in total, I've probably driven it a good 3 weeks since I've had it. It's still currently at the shop with no idea WHEN it will be fixed. It's been over a week now. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR RELIABLE
