Brandon and Travis were very professional. They sold the truck I wanted a few minutes before I got to the store and they were willing to show me another F150 that cost a little more than the one I wanted. They were up front with the small issues this truck had and lowered the price and down payment due to the issues and the fact the truck I could afford got sold. They always make things right and just be honest with them and they will always be honest with you. They even offered to let me take any vehicle they had to a shop to have it looked over. In my opinion if anyone buys a car and doesn’t look it over or have it looked over , the problems that arise after purchase is on them. With my 2010 F150 I knew all the issues before I signed documents and gave them any money. Also I would like to thank Travis for helping me with my wheel that had been over torqued, I went in and told him O couldn’t get my wheel off with any of my impacts and without hesitation he called up his auto tech and got my lug nuts loosened up. This a great place! Highly recommended!

Went in with my friend on 3/17/23 as we were looking around at many dealers specializing in no credit for him to potentially buy from in the near future. I'm not sure of the name of the gentleman in at about 5 PM, but he was great! He answered any questions we had about any warranties, mileage, prices, whether or not the cars are inspected before sale, and he was very patient and understanding, and even encouraged us to take it to a shop or mechanic and have them check it out, but the biggest part is this place is WILLING TO DO CASH DEALING! So, so rare to find a lower-cost dealer that is upfront about willing to work out a cash deal. Definitely gave a vibe that they value honesty. The cars all have some cosmetic issues, but that's not really that big of a deal. The truck my friend and I looked at, while we could not take it on a test drive, we were able to check it out - the truck was clean inside and out and the frame was solid. Not giving 5 stars as it was just a brief visit and I have no buying experience here, but the first impression I got was very, very good. I'll definitely be considering here when I'm looking to buy a car eventually!

I am writing this review to share my experience with Cars Now in Council Bluffs, Iowa. About a year ago, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and made every effort to stay in communication regarding my payments. Because of how I was paid at my job, I asked if they could allow me to make payments every two weeks instead of weekly. Instead of working with me professionally, the staff responded in a rude and disrespectful manner. I received phone calls where employees were yelling at me and threatening to come take my car, even when I was actively trying to pay my car note. Each time I went into the office to make a payment, the customer service was unprofessional, hostile, and made me feel uncomfortable. I felt judged and mistreated rather than supported as a paying customer. Despite the negative treatment, I remained responsible and paid the car off completely. After paying off my vehicle, I later visited another dealership called Cars Today. During that visit, I noticed that the same employee from Cars Now, Travis, appeared to have a close relationship with staff at the other dealership. I left that experience feeling uncomfortable and concerned that negative information about me may have been shared, because I was asked to put down significantly more money than the advertised amount for a vehicle. I was told to pay $2,000 down instead of the stated $895, with the explanation that it was “in case I ran off with the car,” which felt unfair and insulting. Overall, my experience with Cars Now was very disappointing. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected as a customer. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with dignity, fairness, and professionalism, regardless of their payment situation. I hope this review encourages better communication, respect, and accountability in how customers are treated.

They sell worthless cars works for maybe 3 months then goes to crap won’t come here again and won’t go to anywhere else but edwards

I liked the staff and the car. Had great hopes. After 2 months the engine seized. Car’s dead. The engine was a replacement engine and not the original. Therefore, they knew precisely what type of engine they sold me. I paid the entire thing off and evidently they will not give me any money back. The worst part is it would have been a cheap fix had they told me (and they most certainly should know what kind of cars they're selling, especially with a non-factory engine install).
