as a woman in my mid '40s, I have gone a lot of places, and bought a lot of cars, from a lot of different types of people. and I felt compelled to write this review because for the first time in my life I've experienced hands down the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. when I arrived at real value Auto I was greeted by the most adorable female... to whom at first I thought was The secretary and not my salesmen. Needless to say I was pretty happy to learn that she in fact did sell cars and she in fact was going to be willing to help me. I won't go into the logistics of it, however I was seeking a new car out of desperation and necessity!!! not because I could afford it!!! Riah, My beautiful salesman or woman... took the time (approximately 3 hours) ... to help me find something that was within my budget, could meet my everyday needs financially and physically... as well as something that wouldn't embarrass me or my children when pulling into work or school. Riah was funny, empathetic, very knowledgeable, and very honest and direct through the whole experience! I can't even say the same about most of my friends, associates, and colleagues. I would definitely recommend visiting Riah @ real value Auto for all or any current and unexpected transportation needs. she was a breath of fresh air and she sure knows what she's talking about. like I said hands down 12 out of 10 experience with raya at real value Auto in council bluffs!!!!!

Real Value Auto is an amazing group of people to work with. This is our second vehicle we have purchased with them! They helped us find the right vehicle to add to our garage. They are easy to work with the in-house financing, the ability to help and work with the down payment!! Every step of the car buying process is just quick and easy and no hassle! Riah!!!! Is amazing she goes above and beyond to help however she can, she always upfront and real!!!! Her customer service is spectacular! I have purchased two vehicles from her and will continue to purchase more!!!! The whole team down to the mechanics are amazing!!! If you all dont hear it enough you are appreciated!!!! I got a car today from real value auto and it’s was a great , easy experience. I highly recommend getting a car from them

If I could give this dealership a negative star I would! I purchased a 2014 Ram truck. Put 2,500 down and was told the remaining was 7,657. However when I went and paid my first payment I looked over the receipt and there was repair charge of 1,750 and my balance was almost 12,000! When I went back to ask what these charges were the lady informed me it was my gap insurance! Well repair charges and gap are two different things! Was also then told that I was being charged and interest rate of 21%! So a 2014 ram with over 200,000 miles is now way more then what I was told! They do not explain the interest rate and the guy flipped through the papers and explained everything but the interest rate! I am now out of almost 3,000 dollars and a car because I am not paying almost 12,000 dollars for a truck that won’t last but maybe a year! I will never do business here again very shady people!
