I made an initial inquiry and they got back to me right away with answers to all my questions. I got busy with life during the car search process and they gave me an occasional text to see if I was still in the market. They weren't pushy and didnt use any of the tactics most car salesmen use to get you on their lot. I had some free time so I stopped at the lot without an appointment. The person I was dealing with wasn't there but the gentleman working was very helpful answering questions. The vehicles I drove all drove nice and were as advertised. All the cars listed were on the lot so no bait and switch. Their cars are only inspected by the auction. That took me back a bit. They offer warranties for a cost. You are always taking a risk with a used car I uberstand. I stopped and checked out another car before I headed back to janovich yesterday. That place ended up throwing in a short term warranty so I bought.a car from them I didnt like as well as the one from janovic. Its rare you find people selling cars you feel are nice,honest and aren't trying to get over on you. Im going to regret not buying from janovich im sure. Ill do my best to steer buyers their direction.

If you are looking for a new car, run don't want to Janovich Auto Sales. I recently purchased this Nissan at a fair price. And it is amazing , Joe is simply the best he listened to me, and found just the car that I was looking for. Janovich Auto sales is truly awesome. Thank you Joe!

I’ve been looking for a new car for a while I kept seeing commercials and checked out Janovich. Once I showed interest Joe made sure to call and schedule a time for me and my parents to look at the car. No matter how long it took Joe was great and understanding and so helpful. He has a lot of patience. I walked away in my new 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee. I absolutely love my car. It drives great. Joe helped the whole time and was never over bearing. I really appreciate the good experience here because I wanted to stay optimistic about the process of a new car. Thank you Joe for helping me and contacting me. Made me feel very welcoming and I got the car I wanted!!!

Bought an 09 RAV4 from Brandon. The interior was dirty but I didn’t mind since I’m a detailer. Drove 3 hours home felt lazy n took it through a car wash. The driver and passenger floorboards flooded with water and I could feel the air from the driers blowing through the floor. I got home and pulled back the carpet and on each side I can see the driveway. I put my hand up three to see how bad the rust was and A massive pile just fell. Even when I closed the doors it would pile up.there was mud under the backseat so I’m thinking it’s a flood vehicle. I open the air intake to find sand and dirt I took pics of everything and sent them to Brandon. He said come in and I’ll see what I can do. Drove 3 hours back and he said I could do a trade in even though I just bought it!! And gave me a very lowball offer I said no this needs to be fixed …he said he would help me. So went home haven’t heard a word from him in a year till yesterday seeing how I like the purchased vehicle and if I wanted to trade it in for something with lower miles. .. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
