Auto Express of Norfolk

I recommend Auto Express to anyone looking to buy a car! This was the easiest and quickest car I have ever purchased. The staff was so amazing to work with and delivered my car right to my front door (4 hours away) for me to test drive. I loved the car and signed the paperwork the same day right in my own kitchen! I told my best friend about them and she also had the best experience with purchasing her car!

I was recommended to come here and was afraid because my credit is really poor. Made a phone call and talked with owner who had me come in and lo and behold he got me the credit so I could get a very nice vehicle. Everyone was so nice and treated me with respect, actually more like a family member. I wanted a minivan and they had one exactly like what I wanted and took it for a drive right away. took approx. one hour from start to finish and no payment for a month. I highly recommend anyone wanting a vehicle to come to auto express . I promise you will not be disappointed!!! .

They were great to work with! My car was a total loss on Friday and we filled out the online app early Sunday morning, and they called me Sunday got it all talked out and by Monday @5 I had a brand new car!! Did I mention they delivered?!! From Norfolk all the way to Kimball my singing process was 10 mins! Seriously the easiest car I’ve ever bought! My mom actually got into an accident 45 days later and totaled her car and bought one from them too!!

We asked them what they had on their lot. In turn they destroyed our credit for 90 days by having us hit with multiple inquiries. One of the local car dealerships also agreed that we had to wait do to their negligence. If I would have known they were going to push our credit score down we would have never went to their car dealership. There are soft and hard pulls on your credit. They pull hard so it will be more difficult for you to purchase a vehicle from another reputable dealership. It's your choice, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Express Auto Sales are very very nice people don’t get me wrong they are very good sales people. They will make you feel welcomed and safe. 1. They will run your credit to check it unfortunately it’s not a soft check so it will impact your score negatively for a short while. 2. They do not have prices on their cars. Any place that does not have prices on their cars mean they take advantage of people that don’t have a lot of car knowledge 3. They do not stand by their vehicles after they sell them to you. 4. They do reset engine check lights. Mine turned on about a week in. I took it to the Acura dealership. They told me what was wrong and that the problem by the looks of it had been happening for a while. I asked why did the light just turn on now. They said someone must have reset it. I went back spoke to the owner of Express Auto Sales and he said look I already lost money in this car and check engine lights don’t mean anything my personal car has it on all the time. 5. They don’t want to see you, hear you, or deal with you after you have already bought the car. But if you have bad credit this is one of the only places that will work with you because well they really don’t care if you suffer making payments with high interest rates all they want is to sell sell sell
