Auto Time

My husband & I have been on the hunt for a new car for a couple months. We didn’t have any luck until we were recommended to Auto Time Omaha. Coming here was the best thing we could’ve ever done! Tim was amazing! He went out of his way for us to get the best vehicle and at the best price. His associates Joe and John helped us seal the deal on the purchase, & they made the process incredibly smooth and easy to understand. From the minute we first walked into the dealership, until the final signing of paperwork, all the staff here are incredibly friendly and has their customers best interest as their top priority! I have to recommend all that is looking for their next vehicle to GO TO AUTO TIME for your purchase!

Don't think I posted a review in 2019 when I purchased from Auto Time, but want to make sure I have! .... Purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in Dec of 2019. Amazing experience! Smooth, easy and they even delivered the van to us - 3 hours away. We have been so happy with this van! No major problems and has been super reliable. Just got back from Houston, TX last week and it's driven to TN once a year, among many other trips over the past 6 years. We are in search of a new van now, but not because this van is causing trouble. We will keep it as a second vehicle and upgrade for with another newer Chrysler Pacifica. Don't hesitate to purchase from Auto Time! Very trustworthy and reasonably priced vehicles! Thankful we found them in 2019!

The reviews are legit. They deserve every bit of 5 stars. John took my call 1 hour to closing , got my application back in literally 5 minutes on the terms I needed (actually better) & I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour the next day with my new ride. When I say they pulled a miracle for our family I mean it. Go in knowing what you’re bringing to the table and they’ll get you set up right. Will absolutely be looking to them for our future buys. Great prices; great personality; high value team. Can’t say enough about this wholesome crew.

We looked at so many cars all over the metro area for our new drivers. We were blown away by what we walked into. This place is exactly what it says. They are completely upfront about everything they know. They only sell cars they are proud of. John T was amazing to work with. He was communicative and not pushy. Will definitely come back if we need another car. Even our kids thought this was a great place.

They are great at helping customers and they have some really clean cars. They also try their best to help you when you find a problem if any. I went to many dealerships and they had the best customer service and have spent more time refurbishing the vehicles as well as making sure to get better quality ones.
