I thoroughly appreciated the experience I had in purchasing a car at your West O Lincoln, Ne dealership. Matt and Robb were wonderful. They were so down to earth. We had great conversations. There was no gimmicks and I was made to feel very reassured and comfortable even though I walked in hesitant due to purchasing a car being a bigger financial decision. That completely changed in that I was made to feel confident in the decision based off Matt and I’s conversations about what Wheel City stands for, all the very informative useful information I was given about the warranties and guarantees, and reasons behind why purchasing a car through them was a smart decision compared to other dealerships. Matt made it make perfect sense why I should buy a car there. The rapport I made while there with Robb and Matt was great. I enjoyed my interactions with the manager Robb while signing paperwork, he explained everything to me throughout to ensure I would have all the tools and resources needed for any future necessities and surrounding the payments and costs. Matt and Robb were so down to earth and trustworthy and great to work with, that I enjoyed my experience so much I could have stayed longer after buying the car, just to chat. Matt was outstanding to work with. He has a straightforward, down-to-earth approach and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We came in with a specific vehicle in mind, and at no point did he try to upsell us or steer us toward something else. He respected what we wanted and focused on making it happen. The entire transaction was handled efficiently — we were in and out with the keys in about an hour. Everything was explained clearly upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises in the paperwork. It was a genuinely positive buying experience, and I will absolutely return when the time comes for our next vehicle.

Matt helped me get a car and it was a very easy pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend this place to others. I had my 2 small children with me and there was things to entertain the kids they played golf and beanbag tossed and coloring. Offered my kids water and popcorn. Everyone was super friendly. Helped me come up with a good deal and a payment that worked within my budget. My new vehicle is very clean and I am very happy.

The whole process was easy from start to finish and everybody was extremely nice and explained everything. Any questions that I had got answered. I had went to a couple other dealerships before Wheel City and I was told that they would be able to work with me but then when I got there, they told me I needed to put $4,000 down or have a cosigner. I'll admit that when Wheel City called me, I thought they were going to be the same as all the other dealerships that I had been too that supposedly work with bad credit and I was completely wrong. When I got there, I was greeted at the door and treated with respect and great customer service from everyone. If you have bad credit or just need some help with a car, I would definitely recommend going to Wheel City. They will work with you and not bullshit you on anything. Wonderful people and great atmosphere.
