Very helpful and kind, good salesman but weren't too pushy or forceful like most. They took my car for a trade in and offered me a good amount of money for it, no low-balling. Got me approved fast, and the paperwork didn't take long. Best dealership I've worked with in lincoln so far!! Buying a car from these guys comes with a 3 month warranty where they'll handle anything engine/transmission wise which made me feel at ease making my purchase. Super friendly, and handled most of the work for me as someone who is kind of new to the car-buying process! Already have recommended my friends to them! 10/10

Awesome dealer to work with! Family owned and very good people to deal with- they were friendly and upfront from our first interaction, prompt to return my calls (even when I didn't leave a voicemail), and helpful every step of the way. I couldn't afford to fix my last vehicle when it broke down, and heavily rely on my vehicle for work- with no cash saved I thought I was SOL. On top of it I have no credit- so I was having a hard time getting financed, but I was approved here and didn't even need a cosigner. The Ford Escape Titanium I bought from them is by far the nicest vehicle I've ever owned! A few dings here and there, but practically Mint condition for a 2018 and only 70k miles! They were very up front about the vehicle being a previous salvage title & showed pictures of what they repaired. They even include a warranty, and you can tell right away they care about their customers and getting them into a vehicle. After going to about 15 dealerships beforehand- we really appreciated the extra mile they go here. I HIGHLY recommend Sunrise Auto!
