USA AUTO SALES LLC

Awesome honest guys. Did a late night last minute trip too get my girlfriend her car. Went out of his way and to reopen late night for us. Also honored our warranty almost 2 weeks after trading up our vehicle water pump went out and initially was having hard time getting the job done because the insurance company wanted a inspection done which takes time before changing the part. But contacted the owner again and he was great made 1 phone call and got it done spend things along to get the car back and fixed. Also had left kids house key on the ground outside swapping vehicles at night when we bought he car and the owner sent a picture of it few days later found out it was our kids so he mailed it back to us great guy! And honest

Absolutely the best experience ever buying a car! Kalid is extremely helpful, honest, and professional. He went out of his way to find an affordable option for the car a wanted. A car dealer with morale! Can't thank him enough! USA Auto in Lincoln is the best!

I would recommend USA auto to my family and friends. We drove over an hour to look at a Suburban and it did not disappoint. Truck was super clean and is the best vehicle I’ve ever bought. Khalid and his brother provided great customer service. Thanks!

Stay away from this place unless you are a mechanic or ready to pay a mechanic. They will clear codes and you send you 3 hours back home in a vehicle with a misfire code. I do understand this is a used lot but they very explicitly stated spark plugs etc had been done but that is the reason for my code and after putting plugs in, the vehicle seems to be fine. THEY WILL LIE AND TELL YOU WHATEVER TO GET YOU TO SIGN. And for a bonus they left their dealer tag on my vehicle when I left and expected me to pay to send it back to them so they could “reimburse” me in the form of a check through the mail! Stay away if I could give them 0 stars I would!

We bought a car from them, the car had many issues, two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, it started leaking from so many different areas like the head basket , top oil pan , headers . Almost like they power washed the motor so we couldn’t notice it . I went back to speak with them and they wouldn’t help us . I would never recommend anyone to them . Save yourself some headaches and just keep driving past them!!
