Tracen and Adrian made the process easy as can be, came in and knew what I was after, Tracen made it happen and was all around great and easy to talk to as well. The whole staff was very nice as well! Very thankful for the staff here at Carhop and getting me approved when no one else would despite good credit!

This is one of the greatest, if not the best, car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the jump, Adrian met with me and helped me get approved for something that made sense to my family and I. Adrian took a thorough look at my budget and what I would be able to afford, all with a judgement-free and personable attitude. My dude was incredibly helpful and chill! No "pressure" sales tactic (something I worry about as a female) and straight to the point. Will definitely be back to upgrade!
