Moe, owner of Quality Motors LLC was a joy to work with as I assisted a friend purchase her very first car! He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly suggest checking out his location and Facebook page. Thank you Moe!!
Excellent customer service. Very honest when we asked about the car that i purchased he told us what he knew what was wrong with it. I will be recommending Quality Motors to my friends and family
I went car shopping with my son not having much luck, we pull into Quality Motors Lot to look around it was after they had close however the owner was still there and came out and talk to us about a couple of cars. My son seen one he was interested in and we were told about the car and he offered to let us test drive after he had already closed. After the test drive we negotiated on the price which he came down $500 of the cash price. We decided to come back the next day to finalize the deal. He kept his word on everything he said he would do before we got there. He texted me with pictures to show me that he had done what he said he would do. When my son went to pick up the car and pay he gave him a 30 day warranty on engine and tyranny. Also dropped any fees. So the price they agreed on was the price he paid no added on expenses. He never pressured us and was up front about the car. It was a good experience and everything was taken care of that he said he would. The paperwork did not take forever and was explained very well. I was really pleased with the whole process.
Very helpful, and very friendly. Always communicated in a really timely manner. Thank you quality motors!
This man will sell you and your kids a car knowing it's a terrible car and not reliable. When I bought it he said he would fix everything and FIXED NOTHING BUT GAVE ME MORE PROBLEMS! Left it with him for it to get fixed and they ended up leaving my lights on overnight and killed my battery & ALTERNATOR ! But feels it's not his problem ! But still wants his payments. Just rude and takes no accountability for HIS Wrong doings! Wants his money but the car doesn't work and you WONT HELP FIX IT so how do you want anymore money and I can't even make it to work . -100000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND !
