Wouldn't recommend. Sold me an armada that has broke down twice in the first week. Claimed to fix the ABS system and it's still needing 1800$ in work. Transmission started throwing codes later on the same day that I bought it now transmission shop says it needs a total overhaul. The "salesman" who sold me the armada told me he used it for towing after he knew that's what I was buying it for. He said it towed great they have used it to tow car dolly's often so I know they know about the issues the car had and cleared the codes. It also died when it was warm enough outside to turn the ac on this week and the sending unit for the fuel pump is also shot after 30 minutes of driving it starts to drop and shows empty. The only thing he was upfront on is that it needed a battery. A battery and an exhaust is all I thought this truck needed.

Absolutely horrible business! They don't even clean cars up before selling and most of them you can't start without having it jumped! Got a car that didn't even drive for a whole week. Got the thermostat changed and found out there was a bunch of stop leak in coolant. After this the car wouldn't stop overheating and my friend at Honda dealership had their mechanics check the car out to see exactly what was wrong and there was a whole list of things but the main one being it needed a new engine and the whole coolant system was full of stop leak! A and R Auto wouldn't give my money back or consider giving me a different car! They said I should have brought them the car back to have "their mechanic" whom I'm sure isn't even a real mechanic fix it. I was like for what? To put more stop leak in it? No thank you! And they wanted me to make a payment! Lol! I don't think so! I couldn't even ever drive the dang car! Horrible business if that's what u can even consider it. A drunk that works in the front office for free and just straight scamming people out of their money without a care in the world! They know the cars will break down on you but they don't care! Really really awful! Hopefully they will not be in business much longer though!

I bought a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Unfortunately when I bought the vehicle there was a lot of snow on the ground so there was no way to give it a 100% full test drive. They told me that they put new front struts on. That was a lie. They also told me that they put a new sway bar on. That was a lie. since I have had the car I have put about a thousand miles on it and I have discovered that the rear end is going out. The all-wheel drive function is slipping. The oil light is now on for low oil pressure in the engine. And to top it all off even though I asked them if there was any other problems with it the AC does not work. They completely took advantage of me on this vehicle in this situation. I will never go back to them and I advise other people not to either.

Horrible customer service, just because I said something about one of them needing to be in the car with me, they turned me away
