I had a really pleasant experience with rv Truck sales. They seem like good people and really helped me through things as I'm new to rv ownership. Big shout out to Brian their finance manager, definitely a stand up dude. And also big thanks to their service shop personnel. They were tremendously helpful and patient with all my questions, calls, and visits.
I reserved from AK (using website and calls) & drove down a month later. The trailer was in the exact (or better) condition that Jeremiah described on the phone. Brad and the service staff did a beautiful prep and walk-thru. I found two exterior locks with no matching key - they replaced the locks in 15 mins, for Free! Brian did the final paperwork with us and there were no surprises. It was truly the best large buying experience we've had, RVs, Cars, or Pick-ups. We recommend them without reservation and they are worth the drive!! Thanks guys.
Thank You Jane and everyone at RV Truck Missoula. Jane took the time to work out which product was best and sorted me out a B&W Continuum W/D hitch at last minute after a trailer parts shop in Missoula let us down. Has made the travel trailer tow 100 x better! Feels much safer now towing with the kids in the car. Thank You Jane! All the best 👍
absolutely great experience! I told my husband I would never go sit through a car buying meeting again, but this was pleasant and actually fun🤗 each person we dealt with was genuine and kind. I would recommend anyone in the northern Montana area go to RV and trucks....they are the best!
RV & Truck Sales is hands down the best dealership around! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. The people who work here are extraordinary -knowledgeable, friendly, and truly go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The shop is top-notch, and the whole buying process was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for honesty, quality, and an amazing team, this is the place to go. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV / camper or flatbed / enclosed trailers. For being a smaller dealership you get more involved in exactly what your looking for. 💯
