Axmen Auto Inc

Awesome guys here, just bought a truck from them and were honest through the whole process. No hidden fees, just genuine folks doing good work out here. They even threw in some spare wheels they had. Can’t recommend them enough! If you need a truck, car, or any equipment come check them out and chat with the folks at Axmen Auto!

I purchased a 95 Toyota Celica from Randy. The deal was straight up honest. Price was great and Randy's communication was excellent. He even let me pick up the vehicle after hours. It was great working with them.

I waited to put this on. They were nice, indeed, but knew the van I bought had roof leaks. "A brand new engine," leaks coolant, has a 12 V panel out, no heat, currently, and stuck, in an unfamiliar place." I think they knew it had issues and " dumped" it, after an expensive engine replacement. Knowing I really needed, dry, safe, space without leaks, makes me feel hustled. They used this rig a bunch, for themselves, and charged me their full price, becausecthe new engine. The sliding door broke already, it did within a few weeks... I know stuff happens, but I feel like it was known and it just got " sold" to the first sucker, who didn'tmind the faded paint.. Yes, gentlemen, the ruby van. Maybe ya knew about the coolant leak.. But, you definitely knew it leaked in the rain, and I needed it dry, for health. The body, with failing doors and locks and an panel in the electrical system that started failing, almost immediately. Sour taste. Ya'll were nice and polite, though, bless your hearts.

Randy at Axmen Auto was amazing!! Friendly and professional. Unfortunately 2 days after we purchased the van it ended up at the shop with $5000 in work, including several wiring issues, so no working brake lights. We had to make a decision to fix or call a loss. Almost a month later and we still do not have a title to register this van. I require handicapped plates so it takes an additional 2 weeks to process but the owner went on vacation before mailing my title so I have to wait for him to get back, even though he didn’t sell me the van and as far as I understood doesn’t even work here on a regular basis. I have been in touch with Randy and thankful for him communicating with me, but really putting us in a bind not being able to get the registration started for the handicapped plates. Just to put things in perspective; I have written countless 5 star reviews and this is my first review under 4 stars. Please do better to people. Please do better for your customers.

My son bought a truck from this business, and within just FOUR days the engine failed. After inspection from a reputable diesel mechanic he was told it needs a new engine, which is roughly $20,000. This is unacceptable for a vehicle sold as reliable. We trusted this dealership, and instead are now left with a truck that is completely unusable and a massive repair bill. Buyers deserve honesty and transparency. I strongly recommend getting any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing here, and consider looking elsewhere if you expect integrity and accountability.
