I brought my Jeep in to get the left turn signal, rear washer, and front passenger headlight fixed, as well as a tuneup and oil change. I made the appointment several weeks in advance because I only have one vehicle and needed everything fixed in one day, which I informed the rep when making the appointment. I stressed that both the lights were a priority to avoid getting a ticket. I dropped off the car Thursday afternoon for a Friday morning appointment. They called me late Friday afternoon to say they didn’t have the staff to complete everything and couldn’t figure out the washer and headlight issues. The taillight was missing a clip, which they said they didn’t carry. It’s a Jeep and I took it to a Jeep dealership. They don’t carry the clips and are unwilling to go to Napa, which does carry them. The tuneup and oil change, I can only assume, were done properly, but they failed on everything else. The rear taillight stopped working 2 days after the appointment and the check engine light came on shortly after. I called the service manager, Tanya, 6 times with no response. I took my vehicle in to AVR and in a few hours they were able to figure out all the issues. The rear washer was simply a hose that had come off the pump, the front headlight had the wrong light installed, and the rear taillight needed the socket replaced. All very easy fixes that Lithia mechanics couldn’t figure out. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to them, and if this is the type of customer service they provide, I would not recommend buying a car there.

- Drove 6 hours one way (12-hour round trip) based on dealer assurances about the truck’s condition. - Specifically asked ahead of time about leaks and overall condition — was told there were none. - Upon arrival, the truck had active oil dripping underneath with no explanation or concern from staff. - Truck also had very high idle hours (~2,100, ~50%), which was not disclosed or taken seriously when brought up. - Was told there were no major scratches or damage, but found visible scratches on the side poorly touched up with a paint pen. - Dealer represented it as a clean one-owner vehicle, but Carfax shows it was actually a fleet vehicle. - Asked to see the multi-point inspection—dealer was reluctant and did not provide clear documentation, especially regarding the oil leak. - Negotiation was minimal despite multiple issues; only a small price reduction offered. - Response to concerns was mostly shrugging shoulders and lack of clear answers. - Was told they could just send it to wholesale instead of working toward a fair deal. Overall: To say the least, I was disappointed.I question their integrity altogether.
