Subaru of Missoula really takes care of their customers. My daughters car recently needed some warranty work and Alex in the service department made the experience effortless for me by making sure the warranty work was completed in a timely manner, dealt with payment for the work and even got a rental covered by the warranty. My daughter had a trip planned and he put her in a brand new Subaru cross trek while her car was being worked on.

Federal recall of coil spring replacement 14 Forester XT: A little confusion over availability of correct part in stock. Replacement obtained, work completed in a reasonable span of time. Faulty exterior bulbs discovered, replaced during gratis 60 point inspection. Following service, fog lights lack function. Waiting for response to such. All service team members were respectful, friendly and conversationally adept. A variety of quality beverages and snacks were on offer, including fresh fruit. The facility itself and efficiency of the operation was of very high quality. Top marks to all: +95% if a score had been requested. The free 90 day Sirius XM trial was a great bonus, too!

I took my Forester Hybrid in for warranty work. JD Knox took care of me right away and said it would take about a half hour. He was right about that and I was out of there on time. No charge either. Very nice waiting room. All and all a great experience. Thanks JD!

We had a very pleasant experience! Jim (aka uncle Jim) was great to work with, he wasn’t pushy at all but he was attentive. He’s very honest and made us feel extremely comfortable with our decision. We will definitely be back if we ever purchase another subi!
