As a big family of eight, it was difficult finding an affordable rental that would fit all of us & our luggage as we prepared for our first family vacation to Glacier, MT. The chains through the airport were minimal help, had snotty attitudes, & were so expensive. Last minute I heard that Taylor's was worth looking into & I'm so glad I did. Felt like we were borrowing a friend's car. No fuss, no attitude, no hidden rules or fees- just good ol' honest business. They were so helpful & because of them, we didn't have to split our family up by taking two cars. Totally recommend & will never rent a rig through anyone else!!!

Went to Billings with the intent to look at multiple car options. Found the nicest available at Taylor's with Mark. Gave him the goal to close the whole business in less than an hour, i test drove and he valued the trade, Amazing to be out the door in that timeframe. A stretch to be sure. Had vehicle inspected at my shop. As good as hoped. if you buy a used vehicle without spending the time to inspect, its Not Mark's Fault. he allowed as long a test drive as i cared for. He was perfectly honest with me, and I was Grateful to deal with a Professional. As good as i could have hoped at Taylors Choice!

Every time I need a new used vehicle I go to Taylor's Choice. I've trusted them for my vehicles for close to 15 years. When hail damage totaled out my Acadia recently, I knew I had to reach out to Mark, even though I now live in Minnesota (and have for over a decade). He and his staff took care of me from my first email to the finalization of the sale, including working hard to get my vehicle shipped out to me in MN. When it comes to buying vehicles, it is important to me to go where I trust the dealers. And Mark Taylor has always been easy to work with and I appreciate his honesty, integrity and patience. All things that aren't necessarily easy to find when purchasing a vehicle. That's why I always go back. Thanks Mark! I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee! I rated this place 4 stars because I went in there and told them I liked their 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee so she went and got me a key and a plate and let me take it for a test drive. I come back from the test drive and was wondering about possibly trading in a vehicle and instantly I was helped, I decided to go ahead with the process and it was a simple as car buying could ever be. I didn't use my trade but they were able to get me into the Jeep with not a whole lot down and I got to drive my new to me jeep home 👍🥰
