I’ll start out with the fact that Jay was absolutely fantastic to work with and went out of his way to accommodate me! (446 miles one way and he came in on a Saturday to make the deal with me, as well as welcoming my mechanic uncle to come check it out! Even filling up the tank considering the mileage I drove!!! Significant because it’s a 36 gallon extended tank on an F-150!!) I made my purchase a month ago but wanted to give it time to make sure I could give an honest and genuine review. It has been nothing but an absolute dream and not a single hiccup in my month of ownership. Absolutely spotless and smelled like a brand new vehicle. I had been looking for multiple months and happened to come across the ad on Craigslist and was quite surprised because it was an incredible deal! Too good to be true you’d think but nope! Just a genuine dealer not going out of the way to mark prices way up! At 29 out of my 15 vehicle purchases this is by far the best and best experience as well! I highly recommend Jay and the car factory for an awesome experience and will absolutely be checking there again for my next purchase!
