I cannot say enough! Steve’s Auto was absolutely amazing. The process of buying my new truck was without a doubt the easiest purchase I have ever made. They are super fair and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend these wonderful people. Let’s hope I won’t have to buy another vehicle anytime soon but if I do, I will gladly buy from Steve’s again!

Very good experience buying a used truck from Chris Johnson. Since we live far from Helena, we called ahead with questions about the truck, and he called me back with answers in a reasonable time. Because we were concerned about covid-19, he followed all precautions when we were at the dealership. Throughout our dealings with him, he was very courteous, pleasant and professional. The price he agreed to was reasonable and fair. No time was wasted while at the dealership. The facility was clean and in good shape.

I drove 300 miles for this scam artist. Check the reviews this guy (Steve the owner) is unethical. He told me the truck he had listed on Facebook belonged to his uncle. We agreed on full asking price and the pickup day. I live 300 miles away and despite multiple times communicating that day he waited til I was 15 minutes out and said he had an offer for $750 more. He said I could have the truck if I matched price. Of course I didn’t agree to his zero integrity offer. Let me tell you if this guy was an honest and ethical human whom owns a car sales business he would have payed his uncle the extra $750 to honor his word if in fact the uncle bit wasn’t a bogus story. Read all the other reviews. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.

In a city with an abundance of shady car dealers, these guys running Steve’s are in a league of their own. I purchased a vehicle from them and asked for a simple printout of the Carfax. They attempted to log in and found out their “buddies” account had been logged out of. That was it. Made zero effort to help me out getting it. How do you sell cars without having a Carfax account? Overall experience was one of the worst I’ve had. Nobody answers phones, hours of operation are inconsistent and customer service and their attitudes are terrible. Absolutely no knowledge of vehicles whatsoever. Don’t be fooled by these hacks. Take your business anywhere but here.

Purchased a truck here. Typical used car salesman, will say whatever they have to to get you into a vehicle, I get it. Luckily I know enough about vehicles to inspect and make sure I knew what I was buying. Truck is a good solid truck. This review mostly pertains to their professionalism and the vibe I got shopping here. While they weren't inherently bad to work with, I requested a CarFax after I purchased the vehicle just to see what all had been done to the vehicle so I didn't have to pay $40 to get one as I knew they had it because they showed it to me before purchase. I've had to call and follow up twice now but to no avail, something as simple as a CarFax to aid in my purchase and they can't come through. I don't deal with people who don't do what they say they'll do no matter how big or small. Speaks volumes about integrity.
