Diesel express automotive

Lead into the process with a seemingly simple and reliable listing, up until minutes before I was due to physically look at it. I had requested it to be inspected by my mechanic, was told it was fine. Until I gave the name of my mechanic and I got ghosted. No phone numbers lead me to actual lines to talk to anyone. I gave up when I drove by and saw that the car I was supposed to buy, wasn’t even there. I dodged a bullet before giving them my hard earned money, but sharing here in hopes no one else falls into the same trap. Take your money literally anywhere else.

Worst buying experience possible. They will smile at you and shake your hand while lying over and over. They sold me a car needing a new transmission. They promised to buy it back. They claimed it was a consignment vehicle, but I know they bought it at the auto auction. They took over a month to get my title. They promised me they would try to sell it for me at the auction. They promised to have it detailed. Everything they said was a lie. They wouldn't return my phone calls or texts for the two months that I dealt with them. Only way I could get them to respond was going there in person and their story changed every time. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these liars.

Beware this place is 100% a scam! They have a second lot on 2030 fourth ave n billings mt. They unplug batteries so if your test driving a vehicle drive it for over 15 min! They are liars and thief’s. Bought a truck and not even 15 miles down the 90 check engine light came on and started running ruff, 30 miles down engine light started blinking and I had to pull over multiple times. Got a bill of sale with false info wrong mileage and wrong date. No response from Steve mark or his son Christian - stay as far away as you can from these people. For the owner sunny Costello who runs this place is still letting gml financial to sell vehicles at his dealership, Christian sold a town and country Chrysler last week at this facility.

My wife and I bought a vehicle from them 4 months ago and they still haven’t sent us the title. I have called several times trying to communicate with the owner and he literally ignores my calls, so I called with a friends phone and he answered immediately. They do not care about there customers only about $$$$.

The company doing business here in the office is called GML financial. They sell vehicles that have known issues and they cover it up. We bought a vehicle in august 2023 and it is now end of march 2024 and we still do not have the title. This company is highly suspicious of ripping you off. All vehicles are listed on Facebook marketplace and then your told to show up here. This is a scam. Do not purchase from them.
