He even went out of his way to come back down after hours to show us a pickup we were super interested in, and finished the sale with no attitude!! Well I just write this as a pay attention warning! I recently connected with Trey via Facebook marketplace about the 2010 they have for sale currently. The asking price is 6900.00+, I went there with $5000.00 in cash Trey knew that was my offer via our messages and he led me to believe that the offer was being considered. When I arrived 2 major issues stood out. 1, broken lug nut on front right tire and based on the ware on the tires it needs a front end alignment & potentially other front end work. It also needs a new windshield. Based on the Edmonds dealer selling value and the above mentioned concerns, my offer was definitely fair and reasonable. Trey wasn’t there, his dad and another man were. The taller man whose name I cannot remember, didn’t even consider my offer and wanted to show me other vehicles. He acknowledged that he knew about the snapped lug nut and said he was not going to let it leave the lot like that yet it’s been on marketplace for over a month! Then when I messaged Trey that I wasted my time he said “you know you’re buying cheap used car right”. Then he informed me that I was apparently screaming at his co workers. I speak loudly, I assure you if I were screaming they would have known it. I did yell across the parking lot while they stood inside that it was a waste and of my time for Trey to lead me to believe my offer was being considered. However it was not screaming at anyone and I didn’t cause a scene which I could have and have before but was actually being well behaved! Lots of other used car dealers in town so for me this place isn’t where I’ll be spending my money.
