Lithia Toyota of Billings

Huge shoutout to Kristen and Terrance, they did a phenomenal job making this process so easy, the pricing was very competitive and fair. I had a terrible experience at this dealer about 10 years ago and I'm glad I took the time to give them another shot. I'd highly recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a toyota, also their service dept is also great, shoutout to Joey for being awesome. Wished we lived closer to Billings so this could be our regular dealer for service.

This was a very easy transaction and our salesperson Arianna was super helpful and informative. She went above and beyond in answering our questions and making it a smooth deal. She was a pleasure to work with! Chawn was also very helpful with all the paperwork. And since we were purchasing remotely from being in another state, we flew in and a ride was waiting for us at the airport to pick us up so we could quickly be on our way. Thanks for the extra and thoughtful service provided.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to have Adeline as our amazing sales lady. She is amazing. Listened to all our wants and needs. Lithia Toyota is lucky to have her on their TEAM! Thank you for a wonderful and smooth experience, helping find my parents the perfect vehicle. Especially a Toyota. As I told Adeline "I'm a Toyota snob" and she came through for us with the perfect vehicle. Ask for her when you go in. She is a lovely young lady.

Kristen Park was very easy work as always. Have bought multiple Toyota SUVs from her over the years. Each time has been very smooth. She has also taken good care of my friends and colleagues who I have referred to her. Thanks for another easy transaction.

We recently bought our daughter’s first car from you, and it was definitely a mixed experience. Our original sales person failed to mention that they had the day off so when we arrived from 2.5 hours away we were handed off to someone else who was nice enough but that was bizarre. The paperwork and title process was genuinely excellent—smooth, professional, and stress-free. You really nailed that part. However, the rest of the experience left a little dust on our enthusiasm (literally). Twice while finalizing we were cheerfully told the car would be run through the wash before we drove off. That never happened. When we picked it up, the exterior was unchanged and the interior had a charming layer of dust, like it had been sitting on the lot with the windows open for a while. For a first car experience for my daughter i’d hope it would at least arrive looking fresh and ready. In today’s hyper-competitive car market, it’s the little details that turn a good sale into a great one. A quick wash, vacuum and a wile down isn’t rocket science, but it would’ve made this memorable milestone even better for her. We’re keeping the car and our daughter is thrilled with it overall, but a little extra care on the handover would go a long way. Thanks for handling the paperwork so well I guess I will be wiping down the interior today and taking it for a carwash.
