I arrived in Billings from abroad, and the thing I needed the most was a vehicle. I was blessed to land here. Randy, the owner, has a picky selection of cars that were clearly very well taken care of. I almost got 2. Visiting car dealers can be stressful, especially having just arrived in the US. After a whole day around town, I can say Randy makes it much easier. He has a calm, honest, and professional way of communicating. Thank you, Randy, for helping make my transition to Billings a smooth one. I would gladly do business here again and recommend Broderick Motors to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle.

Had a wonderful car buying experience here! A military/family owned business that still believes in honesty, integrity & respect! Where the owner handed me the keys to take a test drive - ALONE! No high pressure sales tactics. We agreed on a price, Randy worked with our loan officer & even offered to sell our car for us on consignment, with no commissions on his part - just a small fee to cover the cost of advertising (window stickers, ad in the newspaper, etc).

We were looking for a reliable, fuel saving car for our oldest son. Randy and his team were very honest and provided great customer service. We will definitely return to purchase for our up and coming needs...3 more sons who will need to purchase their first vehicles!

I bought a car from here june of 2025. I messaged Randy online and set up a viewing for the vehicle. When I showed up I told him I was there so see the Infiniti g37x and he laughed and asked how I was going to pay for it. I told him I had a cash down payment and would finance the rest. He laughed and treated me like shit. I pulled the cash out and told him my credit score and he started treating me like a person. I ended up buying the car even though he was an absolute piece of work. The fuel pump was serviced before I purchased the vehicle and it broke down 40 miles after I bought it because the fuel pump failed. I let Randy know and he towed it back to his shop to have it repaired. Once I picked it back up I drove it to Bozeman and noticed a gasoline smell when I parked it and it was leaking Gas right underneath the fuel pump. His "mechanic" "forgot" 3 out of 6 bolts and he made a half ass offer to reimburse me for the remainder of a 120 mile tow when it definitely wasn't going to be over 120 miles. I decided to fix it myself and when I got to the fuel pump 3 bolts out of 6 were missing. This guy sent me on my way driving a gas leaking fire hazard. Stay away from this guy and his antics. He has no idea about the vehicles he's selling. He just wants your money. I hope he goes out of business because his I don't want to see someone die from his negligence.
