I’m always nervous about car salesmen taking advantage of me, hiding issues with the vehicle, and charging me way more than the vehicle is worth. But Roshan was amazing! He talked through everything that I wanted to talk about. I was confident that he was being transparent. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him!

I personally like their customer service and support what they are selling, I have been dealing with them for over two years I couldn’t find anything to complain. I highly recommend everyone to buy a car from them for a great price!!!

In a search for new cars, I found this gem of a place and tracked down my new car… Within 4or5 days I bought it! It’s a 2017 SUV Impreza and I love it! I waited on my review to give it some months In case something went wrong right away, but so far so good🙂 In fact, it runs like a dream compared to any car I’ve had, and in fact I came to a stoplight and actually thought the car died, but it did not. It was just that quiet…. It’s very smooth driving and for you 🐶 lovers, my dog really likes it, and yes, I can tell 😁 There’s a lot of room and great features in it that I’ve never had either🤷🏻‍♂️ When we pulled up on the lot, someone came out to help us right away, and we actually ended up working with the owner some. Nobody was pushy and everyone was really helpful, including the lady who helped us at the end when we bought it, behind the desk… It was also reasonably priced, which is hard to find with a used car this nice… I would recommend them👍 I will review off-and-on throughout the year to give updates on how it’s running and I’m hoping to have this car for many years to come with little to no mechanic shop stops! If a family member or a friend is looking for a used car, I would definitely send them down to Royal Motor👌 Pictures to come… I just got done reading a bunch of the reviews and I will say some of the responses that came back from Royal motors made me a little nervous if something were to go wrong with my car….. or maybe I took them the wrong way🤷🏻

Formal Statement Regarding My Experience On December [Royal motor sales], I purchased a vehicle from Royal Motor Sales for approximately $9000 with taxes and registration. Within three weeks of purchase, the engine shut down completely while I was driving. I immediately contacted the dealership and was instructed to contact the warranty company, Alph Warranty. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the warranty would cover major components(witnesss can confirm), including the engine and transmission. However, when I filed a claim, I was advised that the not all engine failure are covered under the warranty terms. Additionally, I later learned that the warranty was sold to me for approximately $200, while its cost to the dealership was significantly lower. I believe the coverage was misrepresented at the time of sale. I have retained documentation, including text messages, service records, and recorded phone conversations, showing that I reported engine warning issues promptly after purchase. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Missouri Attorney General’s Office Consumer Protection Division. I have also retained legal counsel to pursue action regarding alleged misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition and the warranty coverage. My goal is to seek accountability and prevent similar experiences for other consumers. The sales man (Roshan) after I bought the car was bragging to me that many people came back to him asking to return their cars and he was telling them go not my problem cuz you agreed in the contract to buy it “AS IS” and he told me that wen I went back to fix my windshield a few days after purchasing it cuz their was no water coming out to wipe the windshield. He told me I’m very nice to you cuz other people I would tell them it’s your problem now. They know what they are doing. He mentioned too that even the people who went to court got nothing back, all these information happened after I bought the car, The warranty was not to cover the engine completely as they told me when I bought the car. The warranty company called Alph warranty, do not let them scams you. Rolyal motor sales buy this warranty for cheap and convince people that this warranty will cover the engine and the transmission while it’s not covering it at all they won’t tell you any details about the warranty. They sell it to you for almost $200 when it cost them almost nothing just to make money from you. And if you think you will get anything from this warranty you are wrong. The first malfunctioning happened a week after buying this car.
