Horrible horrible horrible. Bought a 2013 c300 with 121k miles for 8k. Entire underside subframe cracked on top. 3 control arms broken and cracked on the supports. Both headlights stopped working after 2 weeks. Glitchy headlights non stop. Brakes did not work only back ones. The guy told me it’s not our problem you bought the car. Car is junk and we are taking legal action due to not being told any of this. We looked and were told the car was good and had them inspect and safety it and now today we take it to dealership and they put car in the air now we have 7k worth of damages due to neglect. Car at at their lot for 4 months. Non of them are good people they just want money

I was hoping it would be a good experience. The buying experience for the most part was. They washed and cleaned it as requested before delivery. Fortunately they were able to discount the purchase price due to a number of imperfections, true kbb, and because I knew while they weren’t telling me I was eventually going to be putting money into it. Unfortunately time has proven that the many reviews listed are fairly accurate. It’s fine for a bit and soon fails. I had to get new brakes within a week of purchasing the car. I get that. It’s a used car, I get that the dealer can’t know when all of their cars need brakes. The bigger kicker came a couple months later. It has a slow coolant leak. It’s been inspected to be a water pump fairly. 4K job. No support from the dealership. I appreciate that they are willing to talk about the issue. However, not willing to acknowledge that they could have done more.
