Purchased 2012 Silverado from Arch Auto Mall. Went to St.Louis to purchase a truck from a different dealer. Dealer was not very pleasant and did not have the truck road ready after our 2 hour drive there. We went next door and they tried to fit a truck for us. Employees were very friendly. After not finding a suitable truck one employee said he had a cousin that owned a different lot, gave him a call and said he had a truck. We went and I test drove the Silverado, strong engine but had body damage and headlight damage. We offered a price and they accepted. We were done and on our way in about an hour total; paperwork, test drove, inspection, conversations, everything. The Employees at Arch Mall put no pressure on us and was genuinely concerned about our purchase to make sure we were happy with our deal. One of the most pleasant vehicle deals I ever made. Did not take before pictures but here are after pictures. Fixed dents in quarter panels, no cost, put new headlight on that they sent to us after the deal, painted wheels that had rust, and put new caps on wheels(was missing one). After a month we are very happy with the purchase and give a "BIG" shout out to Arch Auto Mall. Good People!!
