Communication with Matthew and Kyle was excellent. My wife was the first to review the vehicle and she was treated in the most professional manner. The Sequoia was as it appeared in the pictures unlike other used car dealerships I experienced. To top it off my schedule was crazy and I live 5 hours from the dealership but I was going out o be 3 hours away on a Saturday and they delivered the vehicle to me. Top notch customer service.
Kyle was very easy to work with and there was never any pressure. He took care of a few minor tweaks to the truck before we bought it and we love it! They are very familiar with Toyotas and we will work with them for future car purchases.
We had the best experience at the auto parlor! Glen was awesome to work with and so great with my son and including him in the process! They answered all of our questions and worked with us on a down payment and financing to get us in the car we wanted as quickly as possible! Overall we were very impressed
Super nice!! Saved a car for me because we was 3 hours away came and got the car was in love they all were super nice there was a small leak in the tire and they replaced them for me!! Love the car!!!! If wanting a car in the future I will be look at them first!
Was talking to them about a vehicle and then it sold later that day. Checked back 4 days later and it was still posted for sale online so called about it again and was told it was available so scheduled a test drive on Saturday morning. Drove 35 minutes to get there and sat there til after 11 and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. 30 minutes later got ahold of someone to find out it had sold days ago like they said even though I was told it was available still. never removed the listing. To this day it’s still posted for sale. Id take your business elsewhere. Won’t ever be getting mine
