Bought 2 vehicles from them within a 6 month period and the price point was what drew me in. Had a very minor issue with one vehicle and they offered the parts to fix it. Bottom line is the prices are very fair and they will work to make their customers happy. Amazing local business. Great experience, beginning to end. I had no idea that mom and pop car businesses like this still existed until I visited May Motor Company. I traded my Prius for a 2013 Ford F150 and I would gladly purchase a vehicle here again. Some things that stood out on the day of the sale: I wasn’t attacked by pushy salespeople upon entering the lot. I got to look around for myself quite a bit before going inside and asking to take a test drive. Dave greeted me and my partner at the door with a friendly and upbeat attitude. He let us test drive the truck without insisting on riding along. When we returned to the office, he had the Carfax printed and ready to go and was willing to tell us honestly what he did and did not know about the vehicle. When we decided to buy, there was very little back and forth. I was offered a fair price for my Prius. Paperwork was drawn up and signed same day so that I could drive it off the lot. And once my check cleared the bank a few days later, I walked away with title in hand. Easy peasy. In the days since purchasing the vehicle, I have come to really appreciate May Motor Company’s willingness to follow up with me and offer to connect me with businesses that can help service my new vehicle. I discovered my truck had a crackling speaker, and even though I bought it as-is, they still offered to help connect me with their audio guy to take a look. Some other great things about May Motor Company: They keep their inventory updated on their website. They have a good selection of trucks priced fairly and affordably. They get good deals on vehicles that have been auctioned or repo’d and pass that savings on the customer. They have connections with other businesses that can do an inspection quickly to get you temp tags before you leave the lot. Even though they didn’t have to, they took the time to put brand new tires on the truck and to replace a missing wheel cap before putting it out for sale. I also appreciate that, as members of the LGBTQIA+ community, we were never treated any differently from other customers. Everyone was kind and enthusiastic and easy to talk to. We never once felt rushed to leave even though it was getting late on a Friday. Overall, this is the first and only time I have purchased a vehicle without having to feel defensive and hyper vigilant the entire time. I got to relax and feel comfortable in the office while we worked out a deal. Shout out to the cute puppy Maybelline who kept us company while we did paperwork. I would recommend May Motor Company without hesitation. Affordable prices and friendly service.

Buying my new CR-V was super easy with this company. They did the financing work for me. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, at exactly the price I was looking for, and I left with it with in 2 hours. The CR-V is in amazing shape, passing inspection by my auto mechanic husband and I love it! The dealer Mark was extremely friendly and easy going. I would recommend them and will try to use them again in the future for further vehicle needs. 😊

Had an amazing experience, purchased my car at a fair price and left feeling really cared for, respected, and confident that when it's time to buy another car, this is where I'm going back. Darrell was kind and respectful, laid back and knowledgeable. What a great experience. The lot was clean, their cars are spotless, and the salesmen were so respectful.

Purchased 2011 Honda Accord Coupe in December 2025. Vehicle ran when we test drove it with no engine codes or reason to suspect a problem. At 51 miles after purchase the car hesitated to start and check engine light came on. Code’s indicated cylinder 4 & 5 were misfiring. I assumed the issue was bad coil packs so proceeded to replace them, my expense. Unfortunately, when I removed the coils I discovered the front valve cover and spark plug tube seals had been siliconed and were allowing oil in and cylinders and not to fire. Needless to say; front valve cover, plugs, and coil packs (cylinders 4&5) had to be replaced. When I approached May motors they offered and paid $200 despite the cost being double that, not accounting for my 5 hours of labor. “We don’t have to do anything, but we want happy customers” is what I was told. Do your due diligence, question everything, if these folks didn’t know this vehicle had a problem, I feel they should have and disclosed it. Additionally, had these guys simply covered the cost of the parts as I asked, my review would be much different. I thought my ask was very fair given the circumstances and the 51 miles before a problem that made the car non-drivable. Keep in mind, this is $6,000 car and although it’s not a ton of cash, I think as a consumer it’s reasonable to expect more for that amount. I’ll show pictures that clearly show the siliconed cover and the work required to fix the problem. This review is not reflective of the company (I don’t know their history or reputation), it’s reflective of the customer service they gave my family after discovering a problem they should’ve stood behind. 51 miles is a joke and had u lived further away, would not have made it home.
