Went in tonight an hour before close, had a tired toddler and a newborn with us. Chris was phenomenal with both helping us get the vehicle that best fit our family, and with our very tired toddler. He stayed until after 10pm to help us out. Honestly the man needs a raise, couldn’t have had such a great experience without him! 10/10 recommend Drive Time and Chris to help you find your next vehicle!

My name is Melissa Carlton my husband and i bought a vech from here and we loved it thought it was beautiful and perfect for our family. Welp we bought it on a Friday evening after work, the following day we went to branson area for valentines day and the car started messing up. We called the car lot on monday bc the place was closed sunday the man told us call silver rock and they handle that stuff ok! Well the car didnt mess up for like a week so i thought me messing w buttons and playing w my new car maybe i did something wrong. Nope it messed up again so i called silver rock they told me to call a shop and get my vech in i did that and the shop told me my car was junk and they couldn’t fix it. So i called silver rock and they approved me to go to chevy. Welp here we are a month without a vech and we are waiting for ANOTHER transmission bc they one silverock sent was used and junk per Chevy! Again we keep telling them we dont think its a transmission bc it works 90 percent of the time wonderful. Weve told them from day one we think its an electric issues as you see in the picture this is what it does once in a while when starting and only at take off. And btw since its past the time allowed (2months) they cant fix electrical issues! Well sit we called on day two and i just bought a 20000 dollar chevy blazer i cant afford tobfix the electric issues. So now they are still saying it is transmission! It isn’t my husband is a mechanic its ground wire issues! Plus the extended warranty only pays for 10 day rental and here we are a month into this and they have to wait to get another transmission and install it so another 2-3 weeks . I lost my job bc I can’t go to work, i live 45 mins away and they told me im sorry but this is what we offer!!!! Ive had my car since feb 2026 and have only drive it a dew weeks. Now they cant help me! So not go here! The company themselves were great its the loan company and warranty company that are real pos humans!
