It was a great experience coming to reliable Subaru and what makes it great is a guy named Austin Martin, he’s very professional and kind and makes my time there worth while. From explaining certain things they have with the car to checking on me when I’m in the waiting area. He’s very attentive, personable and cares about his customers. Me and my wife will be back in the future.

Dalton was a class act. My daughter bought her first car from Reliable Imports in Springfield, MO. The entire experience was wonderful. From purchasing to finance, everything was smooth and fast. If your looking for a vehicle, stop here first. A++ all the way.

This was my first time shopping for a vehicle. I came in knowing what I was looking for, and Chris and Dakota were right on board with my plan. They both made the experience enjoyable and were quick to answer my many questions - overall it was a very low stress purchase. The rest of the team was also extremely nice and knowledgeable. I don’t normally leave reviews but Ace with Reliable Cars has been absolutely amazing to work with. I was able to get my new Mazda 2020 CX-5 the same day I drove it and he helped me 2 months later with getting my complimentary oil change. Great service and he really cares about his customers! Scheduled four appointments to look at a car, starting last Friday. Supposedly, the muffler was being replaced. Today, the morning of the 4th appointment I receive the following message from the dealer that, “I have some bad news… apparently one of the sales guys sold the car before I got in this morning.” Completely lost trust and faith with this business.
