When you buy a product…If everything runs smooth from start to finish that’s great. But if something goes wrong and the company does everything they can to correct it, then that’s spectacular. That’s the level of customer service we experienced at The Car. I couldn’t be happier with how we were treated, Tong is an honest guy who went out of his way to take care of us. I worked with Tong to purchase a $25k+ SUV. I live abroad and was looking to export the vehicle. I couldn't personally see the vehicle and had to transport the car all the way to Miami for shipping. Tong was fantastic throughout, very responsive and helpful. I had new keys cut, documents shipped, copies of paperwork and photos of keys. The list was endless and the process was challenging. Tong delivered over and over again, couldn't recommend these guys enough.
