From the very beginning, I had some issues with the vehicle I initially received, but Auto By Rent handled everything with professionalism and care. Armando and Brandon assisted me through every tough situation, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated the entire time. They went above and beyond by putting me into an even better car with lower miles, and they truly eased my stress by telling me not to worry about my payment for a couple of weeks while everything was being handled. Armando and Brandon made a difficult situation so much easier with their communication, understanding, and quick action. I truly appreciate how they took care of me and made sure I was back on the road quickly. Highly recommend Auto By Rent for anyone needing reliable service and real customer support.

Armando was wonderful throughout the entire process! This is my second time with auto by rent and it was so quick and smooth. He even went out of his way to get the grill fixed as well as he battery fully functional! Never felt hassled or haggled and he was always patient with all my questions and check ins on progress! Bonus points because they had the same vehicle just slightly newer and I loved my Chrysler 200!

So for those that don't know already but me and my wife and kids have had so many devastating issues with vehicles it has been a constant battle I'm so proud of how far we've come together and how strong we are because this journey we've been on is NOT for the weak.. that being said I really wanted To Shout out Auto by Rent on Chestnut expy!!! They are absolutely amazing let me tell you especially if you have bad credit no credit and are only working with 1,000$-2,000 down weekly payments start at 78$-130$ weekly or based of your pay and have lived in Springfield for a while with a job call and talk to Brandon Or Armando they are fantastic so I financed a Ford from them great fantastic car 6 days later I stayed till 3am for work and hit a deer coming home they got me in another vehicle a week later for 1400$ down Chevy Malibu 2010 low mileage the very next day the transmission went out that car is now in the show however they bought a brand new transmission and are putting it in no cost to me and Brandon got them to do something they've NEVER DONE!! And gave me a Honda Civic loaner no cost to me.. so granted the transmission went out the next day the fact that they've done all this for me is amazing and speaks very highly to future customers! I would recommend them to anybody and they are so honest and if it's on them don't worry they will fix it and make sure you are good! Shout Out Auto By Rent

Armando came through for my wife and I, again! He knew what we wanted and boy did he deliver. The communication is superb, they can now text pictures of what you're interested in when something comes through. My wife says Armando now has a sidekick (mngr) Brandon and a crony, Dax 🤭 They're all great, hard working guys that go above and beyond to help you get into a great vehicle. Thanks again!
