I would like to thank you Bill Hall in Financial and Mike Moss in Sales. I just purchased a used car and I am SO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, KINDNESS AND RESPECT THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I have never been treated so well throughout the entire process and I am 81 years old and have purchased many vehicles. Love the new hybrid and would encourage anyone to use this dealership. It is excellent if all are as good as Bill and Mike. Thanks and I will appreciate both of you everyday as I drive my new purchase.

Bradley Johnson and Bill Hall were absolutely awesome. Definitely the best experience my husband and I have had buying a vehicle. They have fun personalities and are easy to talk to. They made sure to take care of all of our needs and able to get exactly what we wanted.

Very grateful for this dealership. They made it very quick and painless. I had trouble finding a car at other dealerships due to my credit score. I also felt that a lot of other places took advantage of the fact that I'm a younger female and would try to push me in a certain direction. Not these guys. Josh Butts in sales was very easy to work with. He made sure to give me all the info I needed, and listen to every one of my concerns. Bill Hall in finance was a lifesaver. He answered my millions of questions and made sure I understood everything. He got straight to the point of everything and did not try to push me in any direction. We did everything over the phone and online in one day, and the next day it only took about 20 min in the shop. Very fast and easy.

I am extremely happy to have conducted bussines with Justin & John. They were able to worked a very good deal on a vehicle we felt in loved with. Great costumer service and transparency throughout the process. This is the first time we have actually bought a vehicle in Springfield, since no other dealer we have dealt with in the past had been able to compromise on a deal. Great and profesional people, great ambient - highly recommend!!!

Do not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealer! And if you decide to roll the dice, take it to a REAL mechanic (not the clowns they hire at this dealership) to have it thoroughly inspected, because Napleton does not care about the quality of the vehicles they sell, as long as they get the sale. Full Stop. We have had several vehicles from Napleton over the last decade which is why this experience is particularly disheartening. Once again, they sell a much differen product than you will receive. Every promise of quality and "standing behind their product" WILL BE BROKEN. In August, my wife bought a 2022 Atlas. We are finding out now that when the vehicle was purchased, it was 1. Out of alignment. This caused the tires to wear down terribly and we had to buy a new set after having the car for 4 months. The ONLY thing the dealership did is try to upsell new tires that are 3x what it costs to bet better quality tires at Sam's Club. 2. The tires, in addition to being worn poorly because the alignment was never checked, were also dry rotting due to neglect. 3. We tried to take the vehicle to the dealership for these issues. Not only was the dealership absolutely not helpful in any way, all they did was try to upsell, and they didn't even find the real issues. We didn't find out what was wrong until going to an independent mechanic. So, the things the dealer was competent enough to find, they just wanted to charge a bunch to fix... to fix the issues that were their fault. AND ON TOP OF THAT... THEY WEREN'T EVEN COMPETENT ENOUGH TO FIND THE REAL ISSUES. The sales staff here is ok, but their service and whomever is in charge of making sure the vehicles they sell are... actually roadworthy... should be fired. They aren't close to being any good at what they do and they charge multiples more than actual competent mechanics.
