Had an extremely easy time getting into a vehicle. They let you test drive, and take care of any issues the vehicle may have before purchase. The staff was friendly and informative, and the vehicles were in great condition and clean. Would return again if I need another vehicle.

Greg and Dan Went Above and Beyond to Take Care of Me as a Customer. I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Ridgeline RTL from Royal Auto Credit and want to share my experience — not just about buying the truck, but about what happened after. Right after purchasing the truck I took it to a local shop to get caught up on routine maintenance — something any responsible new owner would do with a used vehicle. During that process the shop discovered a helicoil repair done on the spark plug thread left behind by a previous owner and suggested it needed to be re-done to fit a new plug. Unfortunately the shop performed that repair incorrectly, which caused the truck to require a new cylinder head and piston — turning what should have been a straightforward maintenance visit into a significant engine repair through absolutely no fault of Royal Auto Credit, the truck, or myself. As a buyer with under 100 miles on the truck in 12 days of ownership I reached out to Greg at Royal Auto Credit expecting the worst. Instead I got the opposite. Greg listened to everything, took my concerns seriously, and went to bat for me with owner Dan. Rather than brushing me off with an as-is sale disclaimer — which they had every legal right to do — they brought the truck in, had their own experienced mechanic properly assess the situation, sourced the necessary parts, and covered the overwhelming majority of what became a significant engine repair. The fact that this situation escalated the way it did had nothing to do with Royal Auto Credit and everything to do with a prior undisclosed repair and subsequent negligent work by another shop entirely. Royal Auto Credit stepped up anyway. They didn't have to. They chose to. The communication throughout was honest and straightforward. Greg kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I felt taken care of during what was a genuinely stressful situation. The repair was handled correctly and professionally by their mechanic and I drove away with a truck that runs better than when I bought it. If you're looking for a used car dealer in Kansas City that actually stands behind what they sell and treats customers like people rather than transactions — Royal Auto Credit has earned my trust and my recommendation. I just purchased a 2012 Rav 4 from Royal Auto Credit and I had an amazing experience!! The communication was amazing and this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! The car was in perfect condition and the few issues I did notice were fixed before purchasing. He even allowed me to put money down to put the car aside until I could actually purchase it. 10/10 would recommend buying a car here!! It’s rare to find a dealership that isn’t trying to screw you over and is genuinely kind!

I just purchased a 2015 GMC truck from this dealership. I live almost 5 hours away so I had to call them and schedule a day to come see the truck in person.
