I had a really positive experience buying my Jeep from JJ’s Auto Sales. Scott was friendly, patient, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I honestly ended up being the one who needed extra time and follow-ups, and he was very accommodating about it. The vehicle was priced fairly, communication was clear, and any small issues that came up were handled without attitude or pressure. Buying a used car can be stressful, but this felt straightforward and low-stress. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness, and I’d recommend JJ’s Auto Sales to anyone looking for a solid used vehicle and a smooth buying experience.

Scott at JJ's on 40 hwy was awesome as always!! Over the last couple of I have years bought three cars from him and have always had a great experience. Scott has always given me and my family more than a fair price and friendly service. I won't go anywhere else for a used car!!

So so nice and genuine people. I came up here a little less than 2 years ago and got my car from them. It’s still really reliable and my mom was needing to get a car so I recommended him to her. He recognized me from when I got my car last time and we were able to get a car for her! My mom loves her new car and again, such nice people!

Overall it wasn't a terrible experience, they were friendly and I bought the car as is, I'm just more disappointed they either hid the problems it had or it just wasn't inspected thoroughly when they bought it. After just two hours of driving I found major signs of the PCV problem that I was looking for when I bought it, which weren't there before, oh well. Then I finally got to take the skidplate off to find a couple other major problems. Overall, I did expect it to need work, I'm not mad about that, I'm more irritated they either hid the problems on the topside of the motor or just didn't do a thorough inspection when they got it.

Got pushed to fast pace the buy. Used my need to hurry that day to get me into the car. Told the vehicle was in excelent condition before even leaving the lot. Get down the road car overheats 3 lug nuts missing 2 of which was the same tire. Take it back in they say they fixed the problems. Overheated again on the way home then got ghosted by the rep I was dealing with. Codes ran after they said it was clear and fixed turns out 7 active codes 5 of which was stored and been active for awhile. Ghosted again when I bring this up. Was going to buy another vehicle from them so was my son. But after this experience I want nothing todo with them. I fell for the feeling they was honest and helpful. Far from the truth. Also mention bald tires on the rear but magically passed inspection
