I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle today! From beginning to end, Cassandra Foster provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. She made the entire process incredibly fast, easy, organized, and stress-free, while still taking the time to explain everything in detail. Cassandra was extremely patient, professional, polite, and attentive throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that she actually listened to what I needed and worked with my budget instead of making me feel pressured into something that wasn’t right for me. She answered my questions, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before moving forward. That level of patience and genuine customer care is hard to find. I also want to recognize Phil, the General Manager, who was absolutely excellent. His management skills, professionalism, and willingness to step in and assist made an already great experience even better. You can tell that good customer service starts with leadership, and Phil definitely sets that standard. Plus, finding out we share Spider-Man as our favorite character made the experience even more memorable! Phil is seriously great. Overall, this was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, especially when purchasing a vehicle. I walked away with my new car feeling happy and confident about my decision rather than exhausted or pressured. Cassandra and Phil made me feel like more than just another customer, and that means a lot. They have definitely earned my business, and when it’s time for another vehicle in the future, I already know where I’m going. Kevin was awesome! We’d been struggling for 3 days to get a car and he got us right in, found us what we wanted and made it very painless
