Went up to look at new and used cars, thankfully Josiah came up and was excited to help me. Didn’t know what I was looking for but he found the perfect car and made the process easy. Will definitely be recommend this dealership and my sales person Josiah to friends and family and you should too!!

I was sceptic because I've had nothing but bad experiences but they really made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. I want to shout out my salesman David because he didn't try to over sell my into the most expensive thing on the lot. I seriously felt like he had my back and cared and I will only be going to him and his wife for business in the future

Been here since 8am my car still isnt fixed. Ive been overcharge no matter what they say. The job shouldnt have taken over a hour and a half. I told them what was wrong when i came in. No need to put on dianostic machine to tell what problem was. My car told me with the light 189 for nothing. Had words with i guess was a mgr so im being punished id say.

⭐️ 1 Star: Brand New Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is an Unrepairable Lemon—Corporate & Dealer Neglect Do not buy a Stellantis vehicle or step foot into Landmark. My experience with a brand new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon proves that this company builds defective products and completely abandons its customers. Landmark is so poorly run that they are not even BBB ACCREDITED, which says everything you need to know about their business practices and how they treat customers who get stuck with their lemons. 🔧 13 Visits & Declared "Unrepairable" This vehicle has been to two dealerships 13 separate times for a severe water leak pouring directly into the ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) and dashboard. The Area Manager and Field Technical Advisor personally tried to fix it twice. They failed. In fact, Landmark’s own service department officially stated that the vehicle is unrepairable and informed Stellantis. Despite the dealership explicitly stating it cannot be fixed, Landmark did absolutely nothing to help me secure a replacement vehicle. The only person who showed any competence or genuine care throughout this entire 13-visit ordeal was my service advisor. 🛑 Total Corporate & Leadership Failure The customer retention team is actively denying a replacement vehicle, completely ignoring the fact that their own dealer declared it unrepairable. I escalated this nightmare to the absolute highest levels. I emailed the entire senior leadership team at Landmark, as well as Stellantis senior leadership—including Jeep CEO Antonio Filosa. Every single executive has ignored my emails and refused to act. Everyone in leadership has completely ghosted me and refused to replace a vehicle that their own technicians admitted is broken beyond repair. 🚙 Endless Factory Defects On top of the dangerous electrical water leak, this brand new Rubicon arrived with terrible build-quality issues: ⚪ Defective fender flares where the plastic has severe internal waves right from the factory. ⚪ Targa tops that are completely misaligned. ⚪ Speaker bar rattles constantly, ruining the audio experience. Stellantis and Landmark have zero integrity. They sold me an unrepairable, defective vehicle, and every single executive is hiding from the situation.
