I understand the stress the service writers and techs have to deal with, so when I say 5 stars, it’s because they work so hard and are getting asked a million questions a day from every other person. Larry Stanley was my service rep. He doesn’t BS and tells it like it is. Yet he talks to you like a person and makes sure you understand everything. He took care of me right away and communicated with me even though he was busy. I get it and I respect it. That’s a tough job and gets very little kudos so I’ll just say thank you for the assistance and thank you for doing your best. Service department is very welcoming and works hard to get your car in and out. I recommend that place and will continue to. I can’t give 10 stars because the limit is 5 but I hope Larry sees this review and knows that his hard is greatly appreciated and I appreciate Metro Ford as a whole. P.S I was going to do the survey but I couldn’t get it to work, so you get this review instead.

My husband and I ended up in a jam on our vehicles. We needed to buy another quickly. We came across metro and from the online interaction, to being called back, to pulling up. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Charles was our salesman and he gave us all the information we needed and was so patient with us as we did look at 2 different trucks. Fiance was also very amazing and all together a quick in and out process for us which we needed. Friendly, downtown earth, and professional group here! I dont say it lightly as most of the time I do not like dealerships and salesmen. But this location is a Gem!

Just purchased a vehicle and wanted to give a shout out to our salesman, Charles Cecil. He made the sale a pleasant & quick process. Very helpful and informative about the vehicle and paperwork. We found the perfect SUV online that had just hit the lot. The website was very user-friendly and provided all the information we needed to make the decision to drive across state lines and check it out. We called ahead and were told it was still available. We rushed over, and our sales representative, Jamison Wunder, had already filled the tank and was waiting for us with the keys and dealer plate ready for a test drive. The SUV was perfect and exactly what we had been looking for. Once we decided to move forward, the staff was on point. They had everything prepared and worked quickly to get us taken care of before my wife had to be at work. We were in and out with no hassle. While sitting at the dealership, a Ford truck on the showroom floor kept calling my name, and that lifetime warranty was echoing in my ear. I looked at Jamison and said, "I'd like to trade in my Chevy for that truck." Next thing I knew, the tank was filled, I was out on a test drive, and the deal was underway. Before 3:00 PM, we had purchased two vehicles and were headed home. All in all, we bought two vehicles in a matter of about five hours and couldn't be happier with our decision or the service we received. Jamison and the entire team made the process smooth, fast, and stress-free. Way to go, Metro Ford!

After a terrible experience at Landmark Dodge, I decided to walk over to Metro Ford and see what they had to offer. We met Jason who went above and beyond on selling us our new family truckster. Jason spent over 7 hours with us making sure we got the vehicle of our dreams. He was so kind and transparent about the pricing. Held our hand through the entire process and has continued to check in with us and make sure everything is perfect with our car. I’ve never been a ford girly, but I am a fan of Jason and am so happy to have a car from Metro Ford.
