This was my first experience with Midwest Autoworx and definitely won’t be my last. The level of professionalism was so refreshing. With every step from fixing my immediate concern to creating a plan for upcoming repairs needed i felt valued. I was very impressed! You guys keep up the great work! It really does matter!

Brought my 2021 Dodge Charger in for a full suspension tuneup and replacement of faulty factory part with aftermarket replacement. Jay Jay and Eli took the best care of me and I can’t thank them for making my car drive like a dream again. Great pricing, go here for your auto needs!!! Edit 4/22/2026 Took my 2020 f150 in for checkup. I was treated phenomenally, found rear differential was leaking and previous tire mounting from another company had packed on way too much balancing weights. They corrected it and I’m back on the road

10/10 recommend!! We’re part of a mobile dental clinic and we’re heading back to St. Louis when our tire pressure light decided to ruin the vibe. We pulled in last minute just hoping someone could air it up, and this man immediately stopped what he was doing to help us. Turns out we needed a whole new tire 😅 They got us taken care of SO fast, were super kind, and honestly saved our trip home. Nothing better than hardworking men who won’t leave you stranded sitting in a parking lot lol. We seriously appreciated the quick help and great service!

good customer service everyone in the shop was so understable, all smiles and not one bad attitude. they are also like a MIRACLE worker i took my car to 5 different mechanics in columbia and they said my car was never going to be fixed but they did quite the opposite and suprized me with how good my car can drive again. it was not as drivable but it drive soooo much smoother and reasonable prices
