Great service from the moment we walked through the dealership doors. Never once felt Pressured or coerced into anything and we always felt like we were treated like family. Thanks to Noah, Courtney, and ALL the Columbia Honda Family, I am now the very proud owner of a 2026 Honda Pilot! 100% would recommend Columbia Honda to anyone looking for a great vehicle and wanting to go in and feel at home and at peace while making the big decision of a new or used vehicle. They help you every step of the way and go above expectations to get exactly what you are looking for in a vehicle. Even if they don’t happen to have what you want and you want to look at other makes/models their attitudes and the way they treat you never changes. They would never throw shade at another dealership company, they want their customers to have what they are looking for and be happy in their decision whether it’s with Columbia Honda or someone else. My 2017 Honda Accord had a TSB out on it for the DRL’s failing in their headlights. I called parts and was told they had the driver, but not the passenger headlight. I did have to talk to a service representative to have them get parts to order the passenger headlight, but it wasn’t much of a hassle. Andrew was the one I mainly dealt with. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and realizing they were busy, had no problem getting out of there a little after 2:00 p.m.. Andrew, and the entire staff there at Honda in Columbia was absolutely amazing! They have two waiting rooms with plenty of seating, and even free snacks if you’re hungry. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall a very wonderful experience with them and would definitely recommend.

Five stars is not enough for Andrew Silvey and the incredible service team at Columbia Honda! I was on a road trip to Virginia with my two young children when my brand-new 2026 Passport (with only 2,000 miles on it) suddenly broke down. We pulled into the dealership on a Saturday, stranded and stressed. Andy, the service manager, greeted us and honestly explained that they were completely booked solid for the day. To make matters worse, because of a nearby FIFA event, every single rental car in the area was fully booked by fans. I was frantically panicking, trying to figure out how to keep my kids safe and continue our trip. Just two hours later, Andy walked up to tell me our car was completely ready. He explained that he and his technician had never even seen this specific issue before. To get us back on the road safely, they actually took the necessary part off another new car on their lot to fix ours. Andy and his team literally saved our trip. Their empathy, fast problem-solving, and willingness to go above and beyond for a stranded family was world-class. I cannot thank them enough. Took our brand new CRV hybrid, therefore first service and they were absolutely fantastic. Shane was right on top of everything, keeping me informed as the service and the recall resolution was done. They addressed all my concerns quickly and professionally, and I was very happy with the service that I received there. I highly recommend Columbia Honda for all of your service and sales needs.

2026 CR-V EX. Jamie helped with making this car buying experience go smoothly and not a stressful one. He wasn't constantly calling us, which I appreciated. We were given time to look at the car on our own and not rushed. After our purchase, he took the time to walk us through some of the features and connected my phone to the car and showed us how to use some of the features. Thanks for making this a great experience.
