Purchased a 2014 vehicle 5 years ago from Q&M, other than routine maintenance, I have had no issues! Will purchase from there in the near future..

Bought a vehicle a weeksand a half ago ...Paid 8500.00 dollars down.. Didnt put any gas in the truck and still waiting on Key Fob to my truck .I asked if i could get 1 extra key and two fobs for my vehice..They told me no because they cost 179.00....and then they give me the number to the key guy that they were supposed to be setting up for me and asked me to call myself....what kind of customer service is that ... But hey whats 8500.00!!!

Test drove truck, no lights and all seemed well, so I buy it. On the way home the check engine light comes and truck loses all power. Get it towed to the shop. Turns out it needs to be serviced, 2 new batteries, 2 new thermostats, a high pressure fuel pump and had a coolant leak that needed to be fixed. Spent 6,300 dollars within 2 weeks of buying the truck from them. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

Great location but the guy I spoke with apparently has a problem with anyone under 40 and NOT driving a $50,000 + car He basically made it clear I wasn't good enough to waste his time with and wouldn't be able to afford the 25k car I was looking at. Btw I manage a restaurant (GM) and already drive a loaded 2016 SUV lol.

Bought a car and had to spend more money to fix it then it cost me to buy it. Go there with a mechanic and have them check out the cars. They will lie and say only this and that wrong but I had to fix damn near 5-6 things that broke my pocket . So just be safe
