I’ve been a customer here for several years, and this is now my fourth vehicle purchased through this dealership. Sherry has been my go-to salesperson every single time, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She has always been kind, patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. Over the years, she has made each experience feel personal rather than just another sale, and that means a lot to me. The entire team has always treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been quick to help and have always worked hard to find a solution. It’s rare to find a group of people who consistently provide this level of service and care. Because of the trust and relationships I’ve built here, I never feel the need to shop anywhere else. This dealership has earned my loyalty, and I fully expect to continue purchasing my future vehicles here. Thank you, Sherry and the entire team, for always making the experience such a positive one.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at JD Byrider. From the beginning, I felt disrespected and treated unfairly. Instead of being treated as a valued customer, I was spoken to in an unprofessional and intimidating manner. I was told that I could "call any lawyer in the United States" and still would not get all of my money back. Statements like that are completely inappropriate and should never be made to a customer. I was also threatened with a $1,050 charge regarding a loaner vehicle that was provided to me as a complimentary courtesy vehicle. I have signed documentation confirming that the vehicle was provided at no cost. The overall customer service and accommodations were far below acceptable standards. I was made to feel as though my concerns did not matter and was treated with a lack of respect throughout the process. The General Manager's communication was dismissive, unprofessional, and failed to demonstrate the level of customer care one would expect from a reputable dealership. A company that promotes helping customers rebuild their credit and obtain reliable transportation should also prioritize treating those customers with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on the way I was treated, I cannot recommend JD Byrider and would encourage others to carefully document all interactions and agreements before doing business with this dealership.

Jd byrider I had nothing but great things to say about this place until today 6/26:/26. Today I get a phone call from Andy the finance manager asking me for a payment. I stated to him I made my payment already he stated you didn’t pay enough. When I got a phone call last Thursday I paid I told the gentleman how much I pay. The cnac employee no ms Duckworth I got you just pay this mind you I don’t know what he did I just know I paid lesser than I usual pay know keep in mind I told the employee how much I pay he didn’t he told me something different. So fast forward Andy called and he wanted a payment so I tell him what his employee tell me. Andy how do I suppose to know what your employee in the computer. Andy got an attitude and hung up the phone in my face . How is this my fault? I told your employee how much I pay your employee told me not to pay that and told me to pay 245.00 I told him I pay 318.00. After they get it right I didn’t get an apology or anything and yes I’m mad. Ask yourself wouldn’t you be mad
