I am still in Awwww of what happened yesterday, let me just tell you I have a hard time dealing with pushy car salesmen and my husband has a Super hard time with them and it doesn’t matter how far we drive to go look at one, he will just leave no matter if it’s a great deal and we just drove 5 hours to look at it, he will just leave if he feels bombarded By a salesman!! Well it started yesterday morning, I asked my husband if he wanted to go look at a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan with low mileage in Gulfport, MS , after looking at it online he said “yes, looks like a good deal!” We drove over there from Mobile, AL and arrived just before 3:00, all the way up there I’m praying that this man does not come off like your typical salesperson!!!!!! I don’t think we could have had any better of a first time experience with car dealer, Honestly!!! We arrived and walked over to the vehicle and Richard knew we were coming to look at it, we were able to start looking at the car we opened all the doors to the van so let’s say we were there for 3-4 minutes before Richard walked out to us, brought out the keys to us and he just introduced himself and said please go ahead and keep looking at it and if you have any questions that he will be right in the office, told us we can take it for a ride, as I watched my husband listening to what Richard was saying… my husband was taken by surprise, he was Definitely not expecting what he just heard, and that NEVER happens to him! We took it for a ride we checked it all out and asked all the questions we needed to, my husband proceeded to let him know where we honestly needed to be within a price range, and without hesitation Richard invited us to come in and he was going to look at his numbers and came up with a number that worked for both of us, within no time all of this happened, we never felt like we were buying a car, it was crazy! RICHARD MADE THIS ALL HAPPEN TOTALLY STRESS FREE FOR US!!!!! And we drove away with our new to us minivan, my husband has Not stopped talked about this experience with his whole family, everyone that’s how happy he was, and that meant soooooo much to me!! This is the first review I have ever done on a dealership/ car salesperson, that’s how much we would love to see this man succeed in his new business! We highly recommend Richard Robinson of Triple E Auto to anyone looking for a great experience buying a vehicle!!! Best experience we both have ever had! We will be recommending you to everyone!! 🤗🥰

Based on my experience I would throughly get the vehicle checked out before purchasing! Within two weeks the calibers locked up almost catching fire smoke coming from the tires so all new breaks calibers etc… $900 fix. I gave them the benefit of the doubt then not even two weeks later the compressor almost catches fire it was burnt to a crisp so new air compressor $1000 fix but I was still like could be my bad luck well, during all this the van is making a cluclunk sound every time I stop or push on the gas sounds like the front end is about to fall out of it so mind you this has been going on since I got it I just didn’t notice it in the test drive and all the times it was In The shop no one could tell me what it is! Finally I was scared to drive the dang thing and brought to a shop the whole under carriage of the van is completely rusted and busted! SHOP SAYS THERE IS NO FIX FOR IT! Now I can see having bad luck with breaks and air in such short time but you can’t tell me if they inspected this van before selling it there’s NO way you could miss the whole under carriage being rotten? It just seems to me that’s something they would have noticed and known before selling! I was told they couldn’t go down on the price because it was a 1 owner vehicle and it was taken care of and in great condition! I will back up with pictures when the new under carriage gets put in this weekend another $2000 fix! I was willing to suck up the brakes and the air compressor but I have to speak on this! It’s just not right! How do u not know something like that? Good luck hope you have better luck than me! Get the car checked out first by someone else it will save you a lot of time money and heartache!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Triple E Auto, and my experience was very disappointing. When I drove the car off the lot, the gas tank was on empty. I immediately put $46 worth of fuel (11.5 gallons) into the vehicle, only to discover that it had a fuel leak. Gas was leaking out, making the car unsafe to drive. I returned the vehicle right away, and while the dealership did void the sale, they refused to reimburse me for the gas that was lost due to the leak. Their response was that the car was sold “as-is,” even though this was a serious issue that existed at the time of sale. My take is if he was selling as is. Then, I should have returned, as is meaning, on empty. I should have siphoned my petrol out had I known He wouldn't reimburse me or allow me to take my fuel back. While I appreciate that he canceled the transaction, I don’t feel it’s right that I had to absorb the cost of fuel lost due to a dangerously defective vehicle. I would recommend that anyone considering buying from this dealership: Carefully inspect the vehicle before leaving the lot Be cautious of “as-is” sales. Although the sale was eventually voided, the dealership refused to reimburse me for the fuel, hiding behind an “as-is” sale instead of taking responsibility for a clear mechanical issue present at the time of purchase. This was unsafe, costly, and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others to be very careful before buying from this dealership.
