Had a wonderful time with the staff here. Mike was very helpful and expedient at getting a car for us. Never down-talked or ridiculed us. Even helped recommend good dining places nearby. Would definitely recommend purely due to customer service alone. Much more approachable with questions and considerate of our time than when we went to a larger dealership. Car was pretty great, too. Only problem with the car (spring was broke on fuel door) was well explained before we even got off the lot.

Frist off i take responsibility, i just took my 2019 Ford F-150 I bought 5 months ago to the shop for a echo boost turbo possibly cost can be $2350 to $1400 went back this morning to see if they would honor the repair if it end up being the turbo but he wouldn't. So I advise anyone before you buy a vehicle from them go get it checked out the also was low on coolant as long as the vehicles run that's all they care about go get the car checked out before you buy also got to change out the ignition switch update still haven't found the problem but could be the transmission be careful when buying a vehicle from here they look clean & good condition but might not be new up date to the owner frist off the engine light to my knowledge has been on since I had the truck the dash lights up orange 🍊 so its easy to over look the engine light if its not blinking red or orange I assume it was from low coolant since the truck was low on coolant when I bought it when the orange wrench 🔧 appeared on the dash I had the truck 6 months but only have drove it only 2 months due to my schedule work wise I went to the salesman the other day and told him what was going on par-sa but here's the run down its a hose that is connected to the turbo that has deteriorated that will cost a little over a $1000 to fix unlike your salesperson brushing me off I appreciate you responding back to rectify the situation as a car salesman if you put out quality you should expect your customers to get quality like before I stated #owner I'm back at work truck is parked again until February 10th.Update remember I came on and told you guys make sure you check your vehicle out with another mechanic before buying as you can see in my picture this is what it cost to fix the truck they do not check there cars over before selling them i remember seeing my check engine light illuminated in the dash but it wasn't red so I thought nothing of it new model truck this is how it looks in short they sold the the truck with the engine light on don't make the mistake I did
