TLDR: ASK FOR LOU HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!! I’ve gotta be 100% honest. We got a car and it was fine, the next day it didn’t want to start, after a few hours it did. This repeated day three and four, and we called. Not super helpful, they said we needed it towed at our expense and would have to pay a $200 diagnostic fee. Husband works for a tow company and they replaced starter. This did not work. Not super happy but it was only $100 so okay. Day five we called and they weren’t super helpful, but our original salesman wasn’t in. Day six we called back(it was a Tuesday) and our original salesman was there, and we explained it all to him. He apologized over and over and said they would have a tow truck pick it up, and they would fix it under our warranty free of charge. Three days later and it’s fixed. Our salesman wasn’t Lou, and he only works Tuesdays and Thursdays and I couldn’t recommend him more! Ask for Lou and stick with Lou! Will update if any issues arise, but it’s been smooth. Lou even helped us get insurance through DirectAuto and made sure we were getting the best value! Lou all the way! We absolutely love our 2018 Chevy Sonic, thanks again to Lou and Nuway!

My Daughter has purchased her first vehicle in her own name. Nu-way made it painless and fast. It's a great place to get a vehicle.

Imagine being told you are going to be able to pay off your car in 3 years just to be told that we signed a leasing contract instead. Paying almost 500 a month for a vehicle we were told we were financing! Such a disgrace and misleading company.

I would not recommend to anyone to get a car from this ripoff palace. They sold me a lemon and there is nothing I can do about it.

Absolutely awful place. I’d give zero stars if I could. They do NOT honor their 30 day policy to gather belongings. I will be contacting my attorney on this matter.
