He was very patient, attentive, and answered every question I had while maintaining the best attitude. Well, to start out with. I could not have a better husband and wife team! Evan and his wife were Great! I have been shopping for a truck for the past three months online… talked to so many salespeople and as you can imagine some of them were not most polite people to deal with. As soon as Evan reached out to me and helped me find a truck; my experience changed! He went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and helped land the truck that they had traded in! The pictures were great but once we arrived at the dealership the truck was even more than what I had expected! His wife made the paperwork easy and fast! and the young woman in finance, her name slips my mind was also a joy to deal with! I highly recommend J. Allen Toyota for your purchase of a vehicle! They were Great!

Tina was wonderful to work with! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable & helpful, but she also stayed late to help make sure I was set up with my new vehicle. My family has bought multiple vehicles from J Allen Toyota & we keep coming back because it's a great experience every time.

Clint was a patient and excellent sales rep. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to steer me toward something I didn’t want. He listened to the things that were important to me. Ultimately they didn’t have what I was looking for and I left. Clint remembered what we had talked about and when something came in that met those wants and needs we were able to make a deal.

Zach & Jaylen did a great job. Had a little hiccup concerning vehicle but Zach resolved my issue ASAP and the next day Jaylen did the same. These guys really made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. I’m bringing my vehicle back for recommending repair because of the way they handled my concerns. Overall, great job!!!
