Even better was he was able to give me more of a trade in value than a previous dealership that gave me a hard and horrible experience. Scott and Murry at Champion Cjdr helped me complet my new truck on Mo day this week. I arrived 15 minutes early and Scott was there to grèet me. Very humble, and approachable individual. He didnt ask me or press me i to anything. He listened...and gave me advice and answers where suited. It is important to me that anyone else reading this knows that this is an individual who displays exemplary levels of integrity and honesty. I never was great at much...but I find myself progressing through life because I have a gooeork ethic...honest....a d hum le. It makes me feel great to see other huma. Beings display these traits too. I ha d a lot of mind changing...questions....had Scott pull up more than. One vehichle for me to look a t. He knows his job well....never once did I feel the whole salesman pressure that everyone stereo types. He just listened a d helped .e ger to my goal. More so I do not regret it. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 8:30 am. I dropped my vehicle off before the appointment time. Received a notification shortly after noon that my vehicle needed some "recommended" maintenance. I arrived at the service department around 12:15 pm to pick up my vehicle. I politely declined the "recommended" service. The service agent was friendly and not pushy at all. I paid, got in my vehicle, and proceeded home. I didn't drive the vehicle for 2 days. On the third day, I drove to work and back home. Upon arriving home, I noticed an oil stain on my driveway which led me to look under my truck. I found a steady drip coming from the oil pan plug. I jacked my truck up and crawled underneath. The plug was only hand tightened and loose. I grabbed my torque wrench and tightened the bolt per manufacturer's documentation. I also checked the oil dipstick and noticed the oil was above the "safe" zone (aka fill line) which means it was very full prior to the leaking. Slid cardboard underneath the truck and checked cardboard after extended period. There were a few drops on the cardboard but nothing new in the past 12 hours or so. Problem seems to be resolved but I shouldn't of had to deal with that. We are about to go on a road trip and I could have had significant engine issues if I didn't pay attention and catch their mistakes. Pros: Easy to book an appointment and the service reps weren't pushy. Cons: Techs didn't tighten oil plug, oil leaked and stained my driveway, overfilled the oil pan by quite a bit, and it took 4 hours to do a shotty job.
