My husband and I just purchased a Chevy Tahoe. The pictures looked TOO GOOD to be a 4-year-old SUV, and the offer was more than fair for our trade in. Now adays that's almost unheard of. We found the same unbelievable "Customer First" attitude from everyone we met at U Car Connect, and no pressure sales. It wasn't just a handshake; it's a relationship we hope to continue with all of our future vehicle shopping.

You know you're in the right place when there is a 2000 stick shift Audi on the show floor. This place is like a car museum, but unlike a museum, you're allowed to touch, buy, and leave with the artifacts. The buying experience here was the best ever; nothing like a normal car dealership; this did not seem like a chore, but more fun and Eric probably had everything to do with that. Eric was extremely relatable, friendly, easy to work with, and he personally has a fantastic taste in cars and knows what he is talking about. He has worked there for years and his experience shows. We hope to buy our next car here; if only they could acquire a Lancia Delta HF Integrale...

We had an outstandingly car buying experience at U Car Connect. We were looking for a red Audi convertible, and found one on their website. Tom got right back to us when we reached out, and the car was exactly what we were looking for. There were a couple of very minor cosmetic things we noticed when we got the car home (e.g., the headliner sagged when the top was closed), and when we texted Tom about it, he very quickly arranged to fix it at his expense.
